The Jeonnam Camping and Tourism Expo in Haenam is a camping experience festival held in Haenam, famously known as the Land’s End Village, the southernmost tip of South Korea. True to its slogan, Real Camping, Starts in Jeonnam, the event brings together 120 exhibitors showcasing campers, camping gear, and hands-on camping experiences. Through a variety of exhibitions and programs that highlight the latest camping trends, even those new to camping can discover its unique charm. Visitors can participate in engaging activities such as camping basics education, fire extinguisher safety training, and a firewood stacking contest. As a camping expo, various camping zones are also set up, attracting camping enthusiasts from near and far. Take this chance to experience camping firsthand and enjoy Haenam’s stunning natural scenery!
In K-Xplore’s October program, you can enjoy the Jeonnam Camping and Tourism Expo in Haenam more comfortably and fully than anyone else. From October 18 to 19, experience the festival freely in Haenam, also known as the Land’s End Village, located at the southern tip of the Korean Peninsula. For those who may find travel and accommodation challenging, this program provides buses for convenient transportation and personal tents for a comfortable stay. Since it’s a camping expo, take the opportunity to enjoy hands-on camping yourself. During free exploration time, participate in festival activities such as kayaking or the music fest. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the lively night market, enhanced by energetic performances and fireworks.

The Seoul Hiking Frame Challenge is a program where participants capture and verify photos of landmarks on five mountains in Seoul according to the given frames. You can explore Seoul’s iconic mountains—Naksan, Namsan, Bukaksan, Gwanaksan, and Bukhansan—with varying difficulty levels.
Each photo card frame has a blank spot, and your task is to find the location and complete the picture. Through this 5-step challenge, you’ll discover the hidden charms of hiking in Seoul that you might not notice on a regular day.
Simply participating in the challenge grants you a challenge kit worth 50,000 KRW. It includes five types of photo cards needed for the missions, a photo album to store them, as well as outdoor essentials like a bucket hat, lightweight sports towel, collapsible silicone water bottle, and a face mask. Once you receive your challenge kit, you can complete the challenge at your own pace!
If you capture the landmarks perfectly within the frames, post your photos on Instagram! Whether it’s a post, reel, or story, any format counts. Completing the post successfully counts as completing one challenge. Once you finish all five locations, you’ll receive a completion reward including a 20,000 KRW gift card, a 30% discount coupon for BlackYak, and a medal to commemorate your accomplishment (Pick-up at the Seoul Hiking Tourism Center)! In addition to the five pre-announced mission locations, a hidden mission awaits you. The hidden mission, revealed mid-November, offers both fun and special rewards. Participants of the hidden mission will be entered into a raffle during the post-challenge wrap-up event, where five lucky winner will receive a BlackYak hiking bag worth 110,000 KRW!
