Changdeokgung Palace is probably the second most famous palace in Korea. This palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site, has stunning traditional beauty. Deoksugung Palace is a unique palace that blends Western and Eastern architectural styles. This palace, which has a painful history for Koreans, was the last palace used by the Korean royal family. Changgyeonggung Palace is located next to Changdeokgung Palace. Suwon Hwaseong Fortress is a prominent fortress in Korea. This centuries-old building is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The long castle walls are a great place to take a walk at night. During the Suwon Cultural Heritage Night , this place transforms beautifully. During this period, Suwon Hwaseong Fortress becomes very romantic as it is illuminated with numerous lanterns.
