A vibrant fifth-day market

Gongjin is a fictional village in the background of the play. In Cheongha Market, the actual venue of Gongjin Market located in Gongjin, the Chungha fifth-day market is actually held on the 1st and 6th of every month. Please refer to the information boards that clearly indicate the location of the Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha filming set and nearby tourist spots throughout Cheongha Market.

A place where cute signboards and accessories welcome its visitors

It is a hardware store with a cute signboard that catches the eye even from a distance. It was run by Bora's father in the play, and the letters written on the windows with paint and the props hanging on the wire mesh look the same as in the drama. There is a chair on the deck, where you can take a pretty picture.

Pohang-si,

A bowl of hot Rice Soup with Dried Pollack and Bean Sprouts

It is a Chinese restaurant where Chief Hong played by Kim Seon-ho worked part-time, and its actual name is Iga Restaurant. After changing the signboard and interior for filming, it has been maintained as it is, making visitors feel as if they have entered into the scene from a drama. Hot soup, soft meat beef bone soup, and rice soup with dried pollack and bean sprouts with a refreshing taste are popular menu items.

A retro-style toy store

It was a supermarket run by Bora's mother, who was pregnant. It has a cute appearance such as a red mailbox, an old vending machine, and a poster. Inside, there are benches and props as they are. There is a photo zone outside where you can take a picture, and inside, you can try making Dalgona happy.

A photo spot with a vintage atmosphere

In the front, the entrance painted in light blue and the ivy surrounding the building gives off a vintage look. You can't go inside the building, but if you go back to the side of the building, you can see the poster, guitar, and license plate of former singer Oh Yoon inside the window. No matter where it is set as the background, it produces great results and makes you automatically take photos.

Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do

The favorite restaurant for actors and staff

This is a restaurant that actors and staff frequently visited while they stayed in Pohang for filming. The menu consists mainly of meat from various cuts, but since it is fresh and of high quality, there are many regulars. Among them, the most popular stirfried pork is delicious when cooked over a fire and simmered in the soup.

Yoon Dental Clinic opened by Hye-jin

Yoon Dental Clinic, which Hye-jin played by Shin Min-a opened in Gongjin, has been operating as a restaurant after the drama ended. However, it still retains its appearance in the drama. The pale yellow building, the turquoise signboard, and even the information board for medical departments inside remain intact, attracting many visitors.

A boat on the mountain

If you climb to the top of Mugeunbong Peak through the stairs in the park, you can directly witness the boat on the mountain where Hye-jin and Chief Hong met in episode 1. The ship set by Chief Hong’s grandfather for her grandmother, Sunim, goes well with the sea in the background, creating an unexpectedly wonderful scene.

A place with a great view

This is the mountain that Chief Hong and producer Ji climbed together for a tour of the filming location. When you climb to the top of the 177m high mountain, with the blue sea in the middle, Chilpo Port on the left and Chilpo Beach on the right unfold like a picture. Please make a reservation for paragliding using the website provided below.

Gongjin Village's site of living

This is where the residents of Gongjin Village live, with Chief Hong's house on the sea side and Hye-jin's house on the hill. However, these houses are inhabited by real residents, so you should look around quietly from the outside. Passing the village hall where the residents were having a feast and reaching the end of the breakwater, there is a red lighthouse where Chief Hong and Hye-jin had their wedding.
