Tradi Lounge is a foreigner visitor center located in Jeonju Hanok Village, offering various programs such as traditional experiences and performances. This complex cultural space, designed in the traditional hanok style, naturally blends Korea’s tradition and modernity. It provides a special opportunity for foreign tourists to experience Korean cultural elements. Among the various traditional programs, try participating in the Korean traditional etiquette education program! If you come from a culture that mainly uses forks, chopstick skills and unique Korean drinking manners may feel awkward. The way you hold chopsticks may feel awkward at first, but soon you'll develop the skill to pick up even small beans. All experiences are conducted while wearing hanbok, making the time more enjoyable and immersive. Additionally, you can naturally and enjoyably learn basic Korean manners!

At the Korea Temple Food Center, you can learn seasonal vegetable dishes directly from monks. Temple food is more than just a meal—it is made with the mindset that cooking is an extension of spiritual practice, reflecting a long history and tradition. It has greatly contributed to the development of Korean vegetarian cuisine and is known for its simple beauty enjoyed by both the eyes and the palate. Previously available only at temples, temple food has become known as a well-being food and is now widely accessible. Preparing and tasting temple food yourself will make the experience even more special! Various menus, including desserts, are offered, and there are courses exclusively for foreigners. Experience the spirit of temple food that expresses gratitude for all life and wishes for peace in the world!

At Bukchon Traditional Craft Experience Center, you can view traditional craft exhibitions or make various crafts yourself. At the experience center, you can choose from programs prepared for each day of the week. About 20 workshops participate, offering a chance to create various works including traditional clothing and accessories. There are weekly and biweekly programs, so check the website carefully. On Sundays, popular experiences from the week are randomly available. You can try applying on-site if you visit by chance, but for weekends or popular programs, reservations are recommended as spots may fill up! Explore programs held in a traditional hanok, such as natural dyeing using plant extracts, mother-of-pearl craft, hanji paper craft, and chopstick making!

The Korean Culture Theme Park offers experiences beyond a simple theme park, allowing visitors to learn about traditional Confucian culture and Korea's patriotic spirit. In Sanseong Village, you can enjoy exhibitions about scholar culture and patriotism. First, visit the Scholar and Lady Dress-up Room to learn about and try on Joseon-era clothing based on gender and status! With 3D experiences, you can join battles, using bows and cannons to defend against enemies, or try traditional Korean archery outdoors to understand the spirit of national defense. In the historic city of Andong, you can become a scholar and learn about Confucianism and scholar culture firsthand. Especially, the interactive event Dosan Nanjang runs until June, where you can collect stamps with eight Joseon-era characters like noblemen, officials, and merchants, playing various games for a fun time!

Hikr Ground is a space for travelers from around the world, introducing various concepts of Korean culture on each floor. Enjoy from the large media hall on the first floor to folk games and rest areas on the fourth floor! The third floor’s Hikr Street is made up of various experience zones, each turned into shops forming one neighborhood, allowing you to freely experience them. Especially on the second floor, K-POP Ground is an immersive K-Culture-themed exhibition experience zone where you can step directly into K-POP music videos. You can play your favorite music, change the lighting and background as you like, and experience it yourself. It is decorated with several music video locations, including the subway from aespa’s “Black Mamba” MV and the laundry from BTS’s “Permission to Dance” MV. Use the pads placed at each entrance to set lighting and music to suit you and film your music video!

At the Korean Traditional Culture Center, you can experience various cultures such as Korean tea ceremonies, traditional food and snacks, and traditional liquor. There are courses that teach traditional food, sweets, and tea ceremonies over several months, but there are also one-time regular programs for tourists. A separate program is provided for foreigners, usually held from 10 AM on the fourth Saturday of every month. Each month, the first floor hosts tea ceremony classes conducted while wearing hanbok, and the second floor alternates classes on making various foods, sweets, and traditional liquor. Programs to experience seasonal holiday foods aligned with major holidays and seasonal customs are also held. Especially, the tea ceremony classes are conducted wearing various hanboks, offering a more enjoyable experience. Learn about tea utensils and slowly enjoy tea ceremonies paired with beautiful sweets!
