Since you are in Korea, the home of Taekwondo, why not consider learning this martial art yourself? SNPE stands for Self Nature Posture Exercise, a therapeutic regimen developed in Korea specifically for patients with lumbar disc herniation. This exercise, also known as the correct posture spine correction exercise, has proven effective for many individuals, not only in addressing cervical and lumbar disc herniation but also in alleviating back pain, scoliosis, headaches, and obesity. While traditional treatment methods often rely on external interventions such as acupressure or physical therapy, SNPE employs a technique that corrects body alignment through continuous force, similar to orthodontic treatment for teeth. The exercise is conducted using a posture correction belt and simple tools, effectively addressing the poor posture commonly seen in modern society, including conditions like tech neck and pelvic imbalance. If you are concerned about poor posture and experience neck, back, or shoulder pain, consider enrolling in an SNPE class in Korea! There are centers located throughout the country, and you can determine if this exercise is suitable for you by attending a one-time trial class.
