In the midst of a busy city life, there are times when you desperately want a quiet mountain or a cool sea.

You don't have to travel far to enjoy nature.

Even in Seoul, you can fully connect with nature and enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

Let's go to Seoul's healing spots where you can enjoy nature in the city center in various ways!

Let's begin😎

Musugol Green Welfare Center is a forest healing center built on the slopes of Dobongsan Mountain, designed to heal both body and mind within the city. Spending time in the peaceful and quiet Musugol area while enjoying various programs naturally brings healing. The programs are divided into experiential and customized types, with the most popular being the experiential "Musuhan Hyu" program.
This program splits into "Mu" focusing on health measurement and exercise, and "Su" centered on water-related activities. You can enjoy unique forest healing experiences such as warm cypress wood saunas, tea time, singing bowl meditation, and health check-ups. Each program involves walking through the center’s diverse gardens, yards, vegetable patches, and cypress paths, allowing you to feel the healing power of nature. Designed purely for rest, this place offers a perfect gift of relaxation from the stresses of daily life.
