Do you notice your body becoming dull and stiff as the weather turns colder?

Embrace the cold winter by spending time with people who will enjoy fun activities together!

Seoul Hiking Tourism Center has developed programs to assist you.

Introducing the December hiking program to welcome the chilly month of December!

Let's begin😎

Have you ever heard of Nordic walking? This activity utilizes poles to distribute weight across the joints, enhancing the aerobic benefits by engaging both upper and lower body muscles. As a result, it aids in burning calories and training the large muscle groups throughout the body. In our December hiking program, you'll have the opportunity to experience Nordic walking at Changpowon, a stunning iris botanical garden that offers views of Dobongsan and Suraksan! Notably, there's a deck installed in the wetland area of Changpowon, allowing you to observe various aquatic plants and wetland creatures as you walk. Enjoy Nordic walking, which is gentler on the body during the cold winter months yet remains highly effective, all while raising your body temperature amidst beautiful scenery!

Course: Dobongsan station exit 2 → Changpowon → Dobongsan station

Enjoy indoor sports climbing without worrying about the cold weather! Located near Bukhansan, the highest mountain in Seoul, the BAC Center is Korea’s premier outdoor complex cultural space where you can experience indoor rock climbing with state-of-the-art facilities and professional instructors. If you’ve been wanting to try climbing but have hesitated, now is your chance! Here, the expert instructors will provide friendly guidance and assist you in climbing step by step. Even those who regularly enjoy climbing can test their limits in this unique environment, where you can experience rock climbing indoors while basking in sunlight streaming through the ceiling. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy climbing together in a fun and engaging atmosphere!
